The staff were highly professional and answered adequately to all our questions. The room was spacious, had a 6 m high ceiling. There was a great fitness center at our disposal. And the best of all was the laundry room (free of charge) and the super helpful personnel that not only washed and dried, but even folded our clothes! It definitely exceeded our expectation. There is a bus stop very close! + a super nice small cafe for early birds

The best was Mónica, the host. She is one of a kind. She is the heart of the hostel and makes you feel at home as soon as you are at reception. You are offered a snack before checking in (free of charge!) My friend and I stayed at a female dorm. The hostel has a separate area just next door for all the female dorms. Therefore, you feel like home when staying there. There are two toilets with a shower (really clean), a kitchen with some free food for your breakfast. This may include eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, orange juice and more! Also, there is some pasta and tomato sauce you can use to cook dinner free of charge! This was amazing! Beds are comfortable. It is like sleeping with your sisters because there is no way to avoid one another haha, but you need to be respectful.
