The staff were highly professional and answered adequately to all our questions. The room was spacious, had a 6 m high ceiling. There was a great fitness center at our disposal. And the best of all was the laundry room (free of charge) and the super helpful personnel that not only washed and dried, but even folded our clothes! It definitely exceeded our expectation. There is a bus stop very close! + a super nice small cafe for early birds

Great location, very stylish decor. Daily cleaning, new cosmetics added. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large kitchen, charming hotel bar. Breakfasts can be purchased. Large, very comfortable beds. Air conditioning in the room. It is worth visiting this place for both a shorter and longer trip.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. It's very fresh and youthful, with most of the guests in their 20s. Really great for meeting new people from around the world. They have multiple events a day, creative ones, movie nights, parties, anything you'd want. I had a room very close to the main area, yet I had no trouble with the noise, the walls are thick. I was at a 4 people bedroom, one toilet and shower, was decent. The bunk beds are not actually bunk beds, the upper one is properly secured to the wall, you wouldn't here the person moving about above you. The bed was also very long, I'm 170cm but still had plenty of room for my bag az the end of the bed, without touching it with my feet. The rooftop pool wasn't open understandbly in November, but it still looked good. The staff were amazing, very good English, nice, fun, talkative. I'm definitely staying here next time too, hopefully for a longer period.

MOST of the staff members were super friendly and helpful. I totally enjoyed the karaoke night and the beds were very comfortable. In general it was a great place to stay, and I'm totally grateful for the service I was given by them.

With a terrace, Emerald Palace is located in the centre of Florence, 350 metres from the Cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all areas.

Guys at the reception should do expensive masterclasses on good customer support so others would learn. Helpful, personal, profesional, thinking out of the box, everyting that makes the customer happy and wanting to come back.

Staff very friendly, bedrooms clean and bed set every morning. Food and kitchen were available, which was a very positive point. They gave me a map and explained about the best places for sightseeing. Really helpful and friendly!
