Very spacious hostel that is brand new. Slight sterile / squid game vibe to it but I'll take that for the space it offers and the cleanliness. Nice working spaces offered as well as free laundry if you needed it. Would happily stay again.

As a Turkish person, I found the breakfast great:) The room is so clean, balcony is non-expected. I suggest thia hostel especially for family. Don’t think that hostel is not for family. Staying people same time with us were also families.

The staff was very helpful - both the people at the reception, who helped me with multiple things and solved problems immediately. but also online before my check-in, I texted with Silvia and she helped me out as well, I felt very much cared for. I am very grateful that everybody made my stay easier. the terrace is amazing, and there is a great bar at the entry hall, it seems like a good place to meet people, also there is an outdoor area in front of the hostel where you can sit. i was only there for one night but i saw many young backpackers and a chill atmosphere. i had a bathroom in my dorm room but there were also other toilets and showers available which was great.

Well organized hostel, great facilities. The property is kept tidy and clean (quite rare in my experience in hostels). Loved the lovely terrace and the free food in the kitchen.

With a terrace, Emerald Palace is located in the centre of Florence, 350 metres from the Cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all areas.
