I had a wonderful stay at Young Monk Hostel! The location is absolutely perfect — right beside Lake Pichola. Waking up to the serene lake view felt magical. The rooftop café is definitely the highlight! It has stunning views, especially during sunrise and sunset, along with fun games to enjoy with friends or other travelers. The ambience throughout the hostel is calm and super welcoming. The food served in the café was delicious, and the overall vibe made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Special mention to the property owner, Dhananjay, who is a very kind and genuine person — he made sure everything was perfect and guests felt comfortable. If you’re visiting Udaipur and want a scenic, chill place to stay with great views and good food, this hostel is definitely worth it! Highly recommended! 🌅✨

It was an amazing experience! Unlike many other hostels, this one felt more like a hotel with all the essential amenities, but at a very reasonable price. The rooms were incredibly clean, well-maintained, and far better than what I’ve experienced in other hostels. Everything! The view from the upstairs is breathtaking. The hostel also has a great location within walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The stuff and owners were very polite and cooperative which made the stay at the property even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hostel if you want a budget, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Udaipur

Tamasha is one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in! Pragya and Elivia are such gems and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! The scooty tour was great fun and we got to see the beautiful Bodi lake. They also made a special surprise for our anniversary which was so thoughtful of them! Very social hostel in a great location.

Simply the best hostel I’ve stayed at in India so far. The private room and bathroom was the cleanest (hot water did take some minutes to get hot but that’s the norm) Staff were friendly, helping me in advance with sunrise tour, booking a taxi to Jodhpur. The rooftop was amazing to chill at with some beers at sunset. Quite social as well. Sunrise tour they organised for cheap. Location is amazing. Few minutes walk from the city palace and many restaurants nearby.

I have been traveling for almost the last 2 years and this was the best hostel so far. Dinesh and Sandeep both are very friendly. I had an amazing time. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Perfect place for morning yoga, and sunset ❤️. Lot of events going on. You can watch movie on projector, play board games etc. - clean and hygienic. Loved 8 bed dormitory. Very spacious.

3raahi backpacker hostel udaipur. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hostel. Everything about the hostel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff in Hostel Mantra will do everything to welcome you as you're coming home. Located next to the lake, you'll be able to enjoy fresh evenings on the rooftop. They are also offering free Chai at sunset! Don't miss it! The 8 and 6 bed dormitory are super comfy, and spacious! The backpacker vibe at this hotel is definitely there.
