We loved the communal area in the Hosteller. It was a great chance to meet other travellers and share stories. We had a great night sleep and showers were clean with plenty of hot water! There was the option to eat dinner in the cafe on the ground floor. We had delicious dinner!

The room is huge. There is air conditioning and a solar fan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very concerned when we didn't arrive at the appointed time, and tried several times to call, but we didn't have internet at the time. Also at the front desk they offered us cold water and always asked if we needed anything else. One time I asked for boiling water and the guys kindly provided it for me. For Delhi and the Main Bazaar area, this hotel is very decent and clean. There is no street noise. The wi-fi was great!

Everything about my experience at Shalom Bagpackers was positive. During the Diwali holidays, I was searching for quiet. For that, Mussoorie was a suitable choice. The personnel is entertaining and lively. When I spoke with them, I didn't feel isolated. Try the dal khichdi that is served at this eatery. Fantastic flavor. And the tea and evening sunset are wonderful.

I love Amigos, you really feel like home when you are so far away! food is amazing, roof top just perfect to get fresh air, yoga area to chill out, and rooms & bathrooms nice and clean. two dogs in the house to make you feel better! love this place. Location was excellent. Very close to the yellow metro line which is very convenient to reach many wonderful touristic sites. The food offered is homecooked and made with love and the terrace view is huge and welcoming. The staff were very professional and accommodating for all your requirements. I will stay again.

This was my first two nights in India as a solo female traveller and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were very helpful, the building is almost inside a sort of compound so everything feels very secure and there's security around. The staff also helped to arrange an airport pick up which worked great. The WiFi was fast, the hot water was amazing and the room was huge with loads of storage. Plus there's an ATM right next door. Breakfast was plentiful and down in the dining area and you can order VERY GOOD food to your room if you don't want to go out at night. Tandoori paneer was delicious! I walked to many of the sites from the hotel but Janpath station isn't far and the metro is very safe - bonus female only carriage. Yes the place is dated and the rooms are basic but you can tell it's been going for years and is a smooth operation. But also, for that price, I really don't know what some people expect ... If you want luxury/modern, go stay in a chain hotel and pay the price for it. This hotel does absolutely everything it needs to. Would definitely recommend!
