This is my fav hostel in Mumbai. I will always stay here whenever I visit. The vibe is perfect. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I met many amazing people here. You have to take into account that you will be staying quite far away from the main attractions. But you can take an Uber during the non-rush hours and you can reach gate of india in about 45 min. The area of the hostel is nice though. The party districts Bandra and Khar are 15-20 min by cab.

THE LOCATION!😍 Also very clean hostel and bathrooms, they have communal showers upstairs so you can shower before/after checkout, very convenient. Staff was superb and very patient and helpful. Thank you so much will definitely book again when in Mumbai. Also the room was airy and had a cute little balcony. I was really satisfied.

My stay at Locomo was amazing ! Everything was super clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful from beginning to start. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had so far in India and there’s even a working area, which I really liked. The location is also really good, it’s in one of the best areas in Mumbai, close to the „Metro“, so you can reach almost everything pretty fast. Some reviews say that the building is quite old and they are somehow right, but everything is super clean, there are no weird smells or anything. It’s just the walls that are not in the best condition, but that didn’t bother me at all.

I'm a five time guest, here are some of the things I love about this hostel: The attention to detail, super clean, hot showers, enormous co-ed bathroom (the way it should be in a hostel), helpful staff, 15-min walk to the local train station (Bandra Terminus), 30 min train to Gateway of India, plenty of spaces to chill, not-one-but-TWO common rooms, and really cool guests (seriously, even during short stays I can find people to hang-out with...)
