Host was very helpful for every need! Enjoyed my stay here. AC helped to forget the hot weather. Bed was comfy. Shower was spacious. Location near the main bus station. Had no problem to check in late.

For the money, for the location and for a short stay it was great. Even fun because the room is unusual, the bed is on a window level and it's steep to climb up there. It is small though, and parking is not free. The hostel has only 2 spots and we didn't ask beforehand so we didn't get one. The breakfast was more than satisfactory.

It was brilliant there oh my gosh! The mattresses were so comfortable you just sink into them! It is so so clean! You don’t get crumbs on your feet when you walk round! The kitchen is brilliant and always empty so you can always cook there and no one will disturb you. The windows are very good at keeping the noise out — I closed all the shutters and the windows in the stairs too/also closed the top window in the kitchen and then the hostel is actually very quiet. They also put a cute little lamp next to each bed and power sockets so every bed has their own ones and don’t have to share! The cleaners gave me free chocolates which was cute! 🥰 The wifi was really strong! You get a towel and clean sheets with your stay and the cleaners make your bed really nice each night! The only slightly annoying thing was that my bedroom was left unlocked each time and the lockers are not so secure as one key opens them all. But Zadar seems also very safe and no people trying to steal your stuff so I think it is not too much of a problem and none of my things got stolen so it’s fine but just be careful.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

All hostels should be like Sky Hostel! All the rooms were clean and very well maintained, and the design of the dorms was so well fitted to the guests: it has comfortable and stable bunk beds, free lockers and even a little fitting booth so you can dress with some privacy. Two bathrooms to share, free towels to use and even free laundry service. And Rozana was incredibly friendly and helpful with a map and tips for Zadar. This has definitely been the best hostel I have stayed at so far!
