It's of the grid, but that alone is already enough reason to go there. Amazing lowners, staff and surroundings. Do the tubbing, chance of seeing the kingfisher. We would recommend to stay at least three nights.

The owner was super friendly and helpful even though he didn't speak English. The room was very comfortable and clean and we had beautiful views to wake up to. The property is surrounded by nature right next to the river. It was great they accepted credit as a lot of places we found don't.

Beautiful hostel right at the river, I could spend days chilling at the hostel grounds. Also nice to be in a dorm but without bunk beds. There is many showers and toilets, so you barely ever have to wait. The tours they offer were nice and staff was friendly and it is all Guatemalan run.

I loved the location, right in front of the river. It really is the closest hotel to Semuc Champey and it's only 10 minutes walk. A true privilege to be there. Also their restaurant has a balcony that is gorgeous.

Good place to stay and chill at the pool. They organize trips to Chemuc Samoey, it was nice. Common area and good vibe for backpackers.

Beautiful lodge with a cool dining area, swimming spot and nice rooms. We would definitely come again. The lodge also offers tours and provide shuttles. Definitely recommended!
