Excellent customer service skills and abilities by the receptionist Denis who has the ability just 1 person to attend to a great number of guests at this hostel, and deliver a good job and focus on each and every single customer that I find incredible! The hostel is located in the safest area in Guatemala city that is clean, close to amenities, shops, and restaurants and most importantly at a very short distance from the international airport which make it ideal if you want to catch a flight, as in my case. The hostel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable and quiet hours are kept in this hostel which make it very easy to rest and have a good night's sleep. Hostel has a lounge and kitchen which is the cleanest I have seen in a hostel up to now. The breakfast that had been served included pancakes with syrup that have been absolutely delicious! The hostel overexceeded my expectations and will definitely be booking this again in the future. If you are looking for a comfortable , safe stay with great customer service and close to the international airport then, this hostel is highly recommended by me.

Great little hostal with amazing views of the volcanos. Neat balcony that overlooks the city and watch the planes landing. Staff are very welcoming.

A very cute and mostly clean hostel. Good single use private options (big shout out for that). . Bathrooms and showers were cleaned constantly. Think I’ve never been in such a clean hostel. Great roof. Very friendly staff and options to book tours and store luggage for Acatenango overnight trip. They were even so nice to let me use the shower when I came back all dusty from my trek to pick up backpack again
