Wonderful Stay with Stunning Kutaisi Views! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated my entire trip.We will never forget the night that we have a happy chat,with the delicious homemake sauce and wine.

Place is extremely good. It looks as presented on the picture(which is not the case for some other dorms I've been too). It's clean. The owner is really nice and will help you with stuff like laundry and taxis. Usually dorms in this price range are filthy, moldy and miserable. But here it was really nice :) in came back several times

Every time we visit Kutaisi we stay here. The accommodation is very clean, the family that runs it is very nice and they speak perfect English. We have stayed in both rooms and both the triple and the double are recently renovated, with new furniture and confortable bed. The double also has a large balcony, with table and chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air or eat. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the center, in a quiet area. We have no doubt that this has been one of the best accommodations we have enjoyed in Georgia, and we hope to return in the future!

Nice, central apartment in Kutaisi. There are few apartments and you share kitchen with them. There are all facilities for everyday use - washing machine with laundry detergent, pots and plates, coffee machine etc. Balcony is also in shared area and it is quite small and to busy street side.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Amazing people, all the amenities included, lots of free stuff, great location. The guys have maid great job with the place, it really has soul and a nice vibe.
