Good size of room, comfortable beds, very good pressure in the shower (and hot water too). Amazing garden! Food was ok too! Very nice neighborhood (Design museum, Hyde park, lots of shopping and restaurants).

The staff is so warm and welcoming, always ready to help and here to give you great recommendations on what to do. Activities are organized every day if you want to join. Everyone in this hostel is so nice, and it definitely felt like a safe space. My stay at the Urbany Hostel definitely participated in making my stay in London unforgettable! The hostel is always very clean, well heated in the winter and the multiple common areas are great if you just want to chill or meet people.

The staff was very nice and very helpful! The room was very comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean and spacey enough. The kitchen and commom areas had everything you can need. There is a very good party vibe. The location is great and there are 2 tube stations near.

Very good location, clean and quiet. Most importantly, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I came across some issues, they were very very supportive and generous to help. It feels so warm in such cold weather in London. I would def come back next time I visit.
