The staff was very nice and very helpful! The room was very comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean and spacey enough. The kitchen and commom areas had everything you can need. There is a very good party vibe. The location is great and there are 2 tube stations near.

Very good location, clean and quiet. Most importantly, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I came across some issues, they were very very supportive and generous to help. It feels so warm in such cold weather in London. I would def come back next time I visit.

This place is absolutely amazing. I originally only had a reservation for one night, but returned the next week feeling like I was coming home. The hostel facilities are clean and I didn't miss anything here. But what makes this accommodation absolutely special is the staff. The way they looked after me totally exceeded my expectations. These incredibly friendly people take care of the hostel and its guests with real love and the atmosphere here is absolutely unrepeatable. You just can't experience this anywhere else and anyone who hasn't been here won't understand. I have definitely not been here for the last time. Thank you for everything!
