The room faced the common garden and was very pleasant and clean. Bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. Bathrooms were kept clean but some occupants leave the toilets in a mess especially early in the morning which is not the fault of the hostel. I really liked the garden and the common area. Both were quiet and well-kept. The staff on duty was very polite and helpful. Overall, a good and safe place for a single traveler.

I stay at The Queens Hostel from time to time, and it’s always a really good experience. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, so it’s easy to cook proper meals and keep your things organised. The staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and the atmosphere feels safe but still relaxed. The manager is always around, very helpful, and keeps everything running in a calm and respectful way. They’re also flexible and understanding with guests, which I really appreciate. It’s one of the few hostels where I actually feel comfortable and at home.

The Acacia Hotel had very good reviews, which is one of the reasons why we chose it. We had no regrets whatsoever. This is a perfect hotel to stay in while visiting London. The location could not be better, there was a wonderful vibe to the area, and I do not see how it could be beaten on value for money. It was clean (recently renovated), provided a great breakfast, and the staff where helpful and courteous. The 'left-luggage' store room is an added bonus. Would definitely return.
