I didn't expect any breakfast so that was a really nice surprise having cereals and coffee in the morning. My bed was extremely comfy. A washroom was stylish and functional as well. Great location, close to everything, a bus stop is just around the corner.

Loved how friendly the staff were, they were extremely accommodating. Really easy to chat to, and I was so surprised just how much they were willing to go the extra mile, even though I didn't ask for much. The fusbal table was a great little addition I wasn't expecting In the lounge area. The fact that you can take advantage of everything the building has to offer, the bowling, beer and food were great. The 6 of us all loved the calzones at the Lanes. The contained showers were awesome, consistent good temperature and powerful. Location is perfect, smack bang in the centre of Bristol.

One of the best backpackers I’ve stayed in! Extremely clean all the time, super friendly and helpful staff and the facilities are all really comfortable and modern. You won’t find better value for money elsewhere- I highly recommend!

A lovely big surprise awaits. up the hill. It’s more like a manor and it feels like that inside. Definitely a quality accommodation. The self-serve kitchen is very well equipped.
