Dear Harbourside Team, I trust you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I experienced during my recent stay at your hostel. The dedication and warmth of your staff truly made a significant impact on my journey. I was particularly touched by the fact that your team went the extra mile by waiting for me until late into the night, ensuring that I had a smooth check-in process. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate my situation made me feel truly valued as a guest. The genuine hospitality I experienced was evident throughout my stay, and I felt a strong sense of comfort and belonging. Even though I managed to miss the check-in time, your staff's understanding and helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. I want to extend my deepest thanks for creating an environment where guests are treated with such care and consideration. It's clear that your team is committed to making each guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I will undoubtedly cherish the memories I made at your hostel and will gladly recommend it to fellow travelers. Once again, thank you for going above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Great location right in the city centre. Super friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private twin room, with a sink, wardrobe and drawers. The bed was basic but comfy, and the room was toasty warm. I felt safe as a single woman (it was my first time staying in a hostel so I hadn't been sure what to expect).
