The place is clean and nice but the most important thing was the personnel. All the receptionists were polite and willing to help you any time with everything!! They even helped me one month after my accomodation there, when i had to send an email asking for an invoice from my payment. They again responded promptly and they send me immediately the invoice that i needed! Very nice and pleasant stay there!

I stayed at Hostel Lyon Centre and had an amazing experience. The view was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast and dinner meals were both very affordable and delicious. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time. The rooms and common areas were kept very clean, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I booked a room on the upper floor, and the toilets and bathrooms there were also very clean and well-maintained. One thing to note for newcomers: the hostel is located in the hill area, which gives it those amazing views. Walking up can be a bit of a challenge, but the best way to reach it is by taking the funicular from Vieux Lyon to Minimes – Théâtre Romain. From there, it’s just a 2-minute downhill walk, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay – I’d highly recommend it!
