by spotless i mean not a single dust flake on this place! i have never been to a more stylish and clean hostel (!) and i have traveled a lot. it’s prime location and you can check the waves from the windows. absolutely fantastic. everything is self automated but there is always a person to reach and to help you out. thanks a lot for making my stay easy and comfortable!

The staff were great! They had someone in line before me and from time kept assuring that I was not forgotten and they’ll be right with me. Such a simple thing but does wonders. Everyone were cool and relaxed, just happy to work there.

Patricia was very nice, helped us find a great place for dinner. The layout of the albergue is a little odd...the toilet and sink are in the same room as the shower, so you have to wait for someone to finish showering if you need to use the bathroom.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly. Nacho was especially awesome on the kayaking trip and gave me lots of great recommendations of things to see and do during my stay in San Sebastian. The beds were comfortable and the shared areas were awesome. The free breakfast was also great. Such a wonderful hostel.

Check-in was super easy, there was luggage storage, perfect area, and everything was very clean. Beds were super comfy and had privacy curtains, locker storage underneath, and a power outlet. Staff was also super nice and helpful!

One of the best hostels i have ever been in. It was very very clean.
