Rooms were spacious and clean. Curtains provided privacy. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and big. If I come in Pontevedra I will stay here again.

I enjoyed Pontevedra massively, and this hostel has definitely played a role—it makes you forget you are staying at a hostel. The WC/shower are private and huge (and the water is hot!!!) - there were never too many people in the hostel for it to be a trouble or create lines. You get the privacy you need with a curtain attached to bunk beds. Not to forget about proper bed sheets, which is not too common on camino. You get fruit, cookies, tea and coffee in the kitchen. The space overall is top-notch, newly renovated and tastefully furnished, it feels cozy, so you don't have this usual feeling of wanting to run away from the facility.

Bed was comfy, big drawer under bed for backpack. Bathroom was very big. I really liked the big kitchen/dinind area where you can sit and have your meal, it is very light (big windows all around) and pleasant. The is also a couple of couches and a tv.

It was really nice, clean hostel. One of the best where I stayed on my 14-day journey from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. They were helpfull, washer was included. Surrounding in amazing, very close to Monastery.

Everything. Best Albergue I have stayed in. Anna IA an amazing host. Drove us all down to pilgrims mass. The icing on the cake was the swimming pool after a long hot walk.

I travelled with my dad doing the Camino end of September. This Albergue was absolutely perfect after the difficult hike from Pontevedra to Armenteira! We arrived to the hostel greeted by the very kind and hardworking owner. This man went above and beyond to all pilgrims staying in the albergue. He makes sure you are fed (offering to order take away from the local restaurant if needed), explaining about the pilgrim blessing (beautiful opportunity with singing nuns!) and checking in with care. You get a quick tour of the albergue where the rules are explained (boots outside, laundry in laundry room only etc). The facilities were the best in ANY albergue we stayed in (we walked for 12 days!) Included is towels, sheets, a blanket and many plug facilities. There is a curtain for privacy which was great (although the rooms are mainly gendered I found). The Kitchen and common areas are very clean. Lovely balcony to chill on! There is not much to do in this village but the owner showed us where we should go for breakfast (~8km start of our camino) I would return for the owner alone.
