Very central within the city, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Premises was clean and dorms were adequate. Clean bedding provided each day. Very quite and peaceful. Amazingly has no loud snorers. Staff were very helpful.

Everything was very clean and tidy! The hostel has everything you need at your disposal, even women hygiene products for a non expected moment. I really appreciated the detail. Loved the whole experience since the beginning. The staff was always reachable via WhatsApp which was very reassuring. Definitely a place I know I can star in Bilbao and will surely recommend!

The hostel was really clean and the atmosphere among the guests felt respectful. In the kitchen, everyone was cleaning up after themselves. There were enough showers and toilets for the big 12 person room so we didn't have to wait in line, and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. There are a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 7 euros in case you need to wash your clothes. The staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions.

The whole place was very clean, and the people there were all smiling and talking with each other. The rooms were big, the beds were separated with walls, and we all had clean sheets to use. The bathroom was also clean, the water was nice and hot. Overall, the vibes were nice, and it was such a great experience.
