Everything was amazing, from the views to the service. Keeping in touch with me throughout as we had a late night arrival. Even went to extra mile to get us cough mixture. The traditional breakfast was also very nice. I would highly recommend this place for the authentic Aswan experience.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Bonita Guest House in Aswan. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is built with an incredible amount of heart, care, and dedication. Nia, the owner, is truly the soul of Bonita. She pours so much love into every detail, and her warmth makes you feel less like a guest and more like a welcomed friend. This is a chill, relaxed place—perfect if you’re looking for something authentic and comfortable rather than a fancy hotel. It has a laid-back charm that makes you feel right at home. Her crew is just as amazing—attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can see how hard they work to keep everything running smoothly, from the clean and cozy rooms to the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Every interaction felt genuine, and their effort to make my stay special didn’t go unnoticed. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which offers an absolutely stunning view of the Nile. Watching the sunset from up there is truly magical—peaceful, colorful, and unforgettable. If you’re coming to Aswan and want a warm, welcoming, down-to-earth place with real heart, Bonita Guest House is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend it enough.

Best accomodation ever on my Egypt trip. The owner gave me most of useful information which you need during your stay. You can rely on him to book all services around Aswan with reasonable price. Good view from room and their small arrea to Nile river, and they have a small front yard with a big fan to cool down after a hot day trip.

I had an amazing experience in this hostel! I usually travel a lot and I've been staying in hotels lately, but I decided to give a hostel a try in Aswan and spent a wonderful time! I wish I would have stayed longer because the city is lovely! The recepcionist Jimmy was super nice and helpful. The place is super clean and has relaxing vibes and it is located in the 4th floor in a building inside the Old Market. I would definitely go back!

This is an excellent apartment, everything is super clean, we especially liked the rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the astonishing view of the Nile. Our room also had a wonderful view on the Nile and we had air-condition which works perfectly well in these hot days. The host is extremely helpful and kind, he was literally available 24 hours for us, he waited for us at midnight when we arrived to Aswan, he gave us plenty of advice for food and shops and everything else, he organized an excellent tour to Abu Simbel where we could stay longer than expected (which is awesome), and he also allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out for the whole day. The reception works 24/7. We absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone! We look forward to coming to Seko again!

The hotel is in a privileged location, with stunning views of the Nile and direct access down a set of stairs. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, perfect to relax. The room was excellent: spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Asmaa, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She also cooks wonderfully – if you’re lucky enough to try her traditional homemade food, you’ll truly enjoy it. The breakfasts were fantastic too, and one morning she even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our excursion. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave me plenty of recommendations and did not overcharge for water (like many hostels and hotels do). The area felt safe as staff as well as locals from the village would assist if need be.

Property is in a quiet area of Aswan, away from the noisy city. Crossing the street it has an exclusive area to swim into the Nile river or do some kayaking, which are rented for a cheap price. They also offer water and soft drinks and a small breakfast included. You can easily spend many days relaxing in the hostel, without even leaving to do attractions.

Great owner who was very helpful, the room was nice, and I loved the view from the rooftop! The hostel is on the island and is very easy and cheap to reach by public ferry (takes 5mins). Walking around the island is also fun. Check out King Jamaica for some good food. :)
