Very easy, I received an e-mail with the entrance code and next to the second entrance door was the key box with a second code, after opening the key was there, this I find very practical and simple. I also needed to leave my stuff somewhere because I had my train much later in the evening, they helped me with that too. But the fact that it is very clean everywhere is a super nice thing, one of the most important. It was also quiet after 22:00, easy to sleep this is really nice.

The location and the cleaning of the facilities. the staff is super friendly and helpful. Although we booked a room with shared toilets they were tidy and cleaned. The beds were good and the room comfy in winter time.
