The hostel was clean and comfy, and I especially liked the option of having a private bathroom. The staff was nice and always open to helping with your question. One of the best things about the location is that it is a super modern neighborhood, and the train station is so near that you can reach the city center in at least 15 minutes.

Super clean, and friendly staff. Some guests are jerks, and can be very loud at night. The host has no control over it, so be kind and respectful if you stay there please. It is more like cheap private rooms in a hostel. Very good location, it was also pretty quiet. They clean every day every location. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, better to bring own detergant. There is a filter machine in the kitchen, bring your own coffee, and refigerators in every room.

I very apprecied the way hotel threated me in the not very nice situation that booking caused in my reservation. Even mistake happened on Booking site, hotel take innitiave to solve the issue and they did. I am fully aware they could of just said they could not do anything. They were very helpful and understanding. I was so shocked about their possitive approach. I think I can call my experience as extraordinary and I will stay over again if I am in Munich again.
