Not central, but located in a quiet area only 10 mins away by tram from the cathedral. Loved the comfortable bed, big room, and impeccably clean bathroom. Great value for money. They also offer a basic but nice free breakfast and options for lunch or dinner at a small price. I would definitely return!

Their breakfast was excellent, even I asked gluten-free breakfast, they made it for me. I like the area, and also the room was very quit and clean.

Host was super friendly! He gave me reviews of the various places I intend to check out within Cologne, along with recommendations of surrounding cities to visit! I even mentioned that I forgot to bring my towel and asked if he knew of anywhere that sold cheap towels and he offered to give me one. Also, this is the biggest bathroom I've seen :p

Very complete and comfortable hostel. Individual rooms for each group with a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The price was very worth it. Check in and check out just involved collecting and leaving your keys. The kitchen was also very complete. The location was near Barbarossaplatz which has a train directly to the city centre. There's also a Rewe nearby which helps if you're looking to cook.
