The room is new, spacious and clean with comfortable bed and tv as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport. They give out a very useful map. The large kitchen is well equipped. It's about 10-15 mins up and down walk to town center but this is Monteverde. Good value for money.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The most wonderful breakfasts! Be prepared for a noisy night - the wind was to be expected ! Keep earplugs handy!

The pancakes every morning put such a smile on our kids faces, and they got to practice Spanish with the lovely chef/owner. Nice common room, great views, and free yoga every evening when we were there. Good information at the reception although I think their prices were a bit off for some of the trips. All round a great place to stay.
