Best hostel we've stayed in so far in South America. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful with organising daily activities. The atmosphere in the hostel is also great for meeting other travellers. The pool is a great feature after a day of activities and location is perfect in the town. The breakfast options are also very good. Would highly recommend staying here for other travellers.

Best place to stay in San Gil! Very nice and helpful staff that will support with whatever activities or tours you’re planning to do and also with further traveling. Basic rooms, nice common area and even nicer garden with jacuzzi. City center, restaurants, shops nearby. Free coffee, drinking water. Nice group activities provided by the hostel!

Camille is an excellent host, very pleasant , helpful and informative. The location is great, only a couple of blocks from the plaza but still quiet, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was fine.

Perfectly located in a quiet street near the central plaza of the town. Beautiful property that has preserved architecture from colonial period and a touch of modernity (like the pool and well equipped communal kitchen). The walls of this hostel, like traditional houses of Barichara, are made with rocks and mud which keep the rooms cool during hot and dry days. Best price for a dorm bed compared to other hostel of this town!

Nice place to stay a couple of days. It's a quiet place, surrounding by nature. We met a friendly dog and cat. The owner was not present but managed to provide what was needed for a good stance.
