The host, a lovely lady was amazing! Gave us a lot of information, called a cab and waited with us infront of the door until the cab came. Lovely!

The owers are kind, caring and very helpful. Hot water, fresh fruit and access to tea and coffee was nice. They are also very accommodating and let us leave a small bag while we hiked Torres Del Paine
