The property is super cool with a really nice garden with a place to have a fire in the evening. The staff are beyond helpful and give nothing but chilled vibes. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed for a short night after the W Trek, but this hostal is just wonderful. Host is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and hearty. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and warm. Wish we stayed longer!

The hostal is family owned and the family is so kind and knowledgeable about the area. I felt like they really looked out for me and my best interests in every way. I hope everyone can enjoy their kind interactions and friendliness like I did. I loved the hospitality, the hot showers, the comfortable bed, big breakfast, and help to get going to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend.

The beds... Oh lord they are amazing! Big and comfy! The ensuites for the four-share dorms are modern and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Treehouse before and after the W-trek. We could leave our luggage with them in secure lockers while away which was super convenient. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Also the shower was nice and hot which is all you want after five days of walking. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely and helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast. Good location. After 11 pm the bar will close and it is quite. Clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful to book trips to the national park.

This is the best hostel to stay. We traveled from NY to Chile in mid Feb. Super clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and friendly, specially Camilia who was helpful and professional. They also keep your luggage during the trekking. 5 min walking distance from a bus station. We will come back for sure. I recommend this hostel 200% out of 100. Book it now!

- Juan, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful with answering all our questions around the W-Trek - Our double room was very comfortable with a big window to the courtyard - Kitchen is very clean and well maintained - Nice vibe and friendly travellers - Good rental gear - Great location - One of the best hostels we stayed during our trip through Patagonia

This is one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in. The hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms and common areas are clean and well equipped and its a small cosy hostel with a great location and super helpful and kind people. There are options to hire equipment for trekking, bikes and car hire and they allowed me to store bags and wait there before the ferry. Really great place would recommend

Great hostel with a lot of people starting the W or O trek in Torres Del Paine, with a 20-30s demographic generally, so a lively place. They offer equipment rentals (for a cheaper price). The location was quite central whilst not too close. The free wifi was good and staff were very friendly. The place is double door locked so safe as well. The bathrooms were as expected for a hostel.
