ThailandThe receptionist (I think her name was Lucia) was very kind and helpful. She made my stay very enjoyable and problem free. The chef who prepared the meals was very courteous and he prepared the food in an artful way. His cooking was both pleasing to the eye and the palate.

The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!
