New ZealandOwners very hospitable. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with a private bathroom. Coffee or tea was available in the dining room anytime. Breakfast was generous. I arrived early due to bad weather and as my room was available I was allowed to check in early. I very much appreciated this.

The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!
