One of the coolest places I stayed during my holiday this time. It is very close to the station The hostel had a beautiful view of waterfalls and there was the sound of water all night from the stream to soothe the soul. The staff were very good although there was a huge number of guests they were able to attend to all with patience and kindness. Special mention to Joanne - very hardworking and kind, and the owner who was one of the coolest and toughest persons I met.

The location is really great. Next to the train station and few minutes walk to the town. Our room is overlooking the lake and mountain and the railway so it’s beautiful but expect that it would be noisy.

Hosts were very accommodating and welcoming, and even gave recommendations on how to spend our days when the weather didn’t cooperate with our plans. Facilities were always clean + we were able to meet other friendly travelers. Also bus stop right next to the place was a HUGE plus - especially after hiking all day.
