Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, the host provided us with all our needs, he was very friendly and a respectful man, the location is excellent and the room is clean and spacious I would like to thank the host for his kind treatment.

The location is perfect, next to the main train station. The dining area is big and also have waiting area with billiards pool. The hostel is nearby the lake and train station, the view is stunning while having breakfast or lunch.

I liked the owner rupinder singh. Their hospitality and the quality of the service from the staff was really good. The Indian restaurant below the hotel was really good. vegetable biryani was exceptional.

The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.
