Everything was great. It's close to the Interlaken west train station. The room, bathrooms and beds were very clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff were awesome and helpful.

I loved everything. The personal was so kind, they Give me breakfast the day I arrived, before my check in. Also, they Gave me a card to local bus free. The bus station is next to the hotel, so you dont have to walk a lot.

Excellent hotel. The view from our balcony was incredible. The room was nice and warm. The beds were comfortable. The wifi worked fine. The personnel in the reception was friendly and helpful. It's nice that the room had provisions for hot water. Also, great price-to-amenities ratio. The hotel provides free parking. The centre of the town is around 20 minutes walk, which is fine by me.

The room was great - modern, immaculate, spacious, beds were comfy. There was also a heater to keep us warm. As we travelled by car, the free parking was a big plus. The hotel also had a common kitchen with everything needed for cooking plus the fridge. Location was great if you have a car, close to the Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable comparing to other Interlaken properties.

The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.
