This hostel is 10/10. I could see it has very high standards of cleaniless everywhere, Very good value for money, lovely breakfast in the mornings, staff super friendly and helpful, I am travelling around and I definitely will recommend this hostel.

Every thing was so great. The staff was so helpful and kind. I had problem in my trip and they tried their best to help me sovlve the problem. The Rider Express bus didn't show up to pick me to Vancouver and the hostel staff let me sleep in the lounge and use the facilities to wait for the next bus the next morning without paying any extra fee.

Located in Banff centre, this hostel provides free WiFi in all rooms. Mount Norquay Ski Resort is 15 minutes’ drive away.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Allowed us to check in early when we arrived after a cold night at a campsite. Also, helped to solve other issues always with a smile on their face. Hostel is also centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions in the town.

My stay at this hostel in Canmore was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were super friendly and helpful – they made me feel right at home. They also gave me great tips on nearby hikes and local spots to eat (definitely ask them if you're not sure where to start!). The bed was really comfortable – perfect after a full day of outdoor adventures. But the best part? The views. I had a room with a window facing the mountains and waking up to that scenery each morning was just breathtaking. If you can, try to get a room with mountain views – it adds something really special to the experience. The hostel was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers. Plus, it’s in a great location – close to the town center and with easy access to amazing trails. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Canmore. It’s a great base whether you're into hiking, skiing, or just relaxing and soaking in the views. Highly recommend!

It was quiet, comfortable and beautiful view out of the window. Decent kitchen and bathroom, each bed has a curtain if you need privacy.

The location was perfect. Away from the town. Set in an amazing setting. Floor to ceiling glass with views over the mountains. The Three Sisters stood gloriously within eyes view. Hikes two mins from Lodge. The lodge was exceptionally spotless clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor and indoor seating for eating. I cannot fault this accommodation.
