Friendly, English speaking host, who shared with us on our arrival, all the information about the island. Lovely bar and small swimming pool on the roof with friendly staff Accommodated us with food the night before we departed because we were leaving before breakfast

I've read some previous reviews and should tell these people to stay home LOL. It's a very peaceful and cozy place with nice stuff and contact with Nature. Recomendadíssimo.

The property was just outside the hustle and bustle but still in a great accessible spot. The rooms were clean, had working A/C and the kitchen was decent. The staff were helpful and responsive when messaged.

Breakfast is fresh from the garden, and on weekends, it’s served at Casa da Cultura, where you can enjoy your meal while reading one of its many books. Lili is an amazing host, full of passionate energy and care. As a digital nomad, I found it perfect for work. Gamboa is a chill neighborhood with friendly people, great for a walk anytime. Its pristine beaches are within a short walk, or you can take the boat – balsa – to Morro de São Paulo anytime for 6 BRL. After a day out, I enjoyed a swim in the pool and stargazing at night.
