The place itself was spotless and I would be short on words to describe the customer service. They were amazing hostess, super friendly and willing to help in all the ways. I could not recommend this place enough! Definitely worth it. Best place in town , we will definitely be coming back another a different time!

Everything was excellent Antonio was more than a host or a business owner, he treated me like a father, he cared for me more than expected, he even checked my ticket before I left the property to see if everything is fine. I would recommend the hostel to anyone around the world. I felt like I have known them for a long time. On the day I was travelling my flight was at 21:50 and Antonio said I can stay at the hostel and not check out until I leave. I will definately go back in the near future

The airport transfer was timely and helpful. They picked me up from the airport then dropped me off at the time I requested. It was a life saver because it was a 10 hour stop and I needed the rest and shower. I was also able to check in early and rest the whole time. It's not the most luxurious place but it's clean and has everything. I couldn't expect more for the small price I paid that included the transfer.
