From walking into the building, we felt welcome and looked after. We received customised bags with a drinks voucher, a handwritten welcome message and more assorted items. The room was surprisingly spacious with everything we needed. Enough plug points, plentiful light and a very welcome balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Upon checking out, we were able to leave our bags there for the day until our train left. The street outside our window and balcony was very busy until about 23:00, when everything went quiet. This was in Chrismas time, when the markets were going and people were out in droves.

The Guy at the Front Desk was really friendly and he managed that I could upgrade my room to a single room, which was so a present for me. I could have my Breakfast take away. They are really looking for the wishes of the guests. I would book it again!!

bedroom is Simple But good, there is an eleveitor but for only two people, the stairs are narrow, so big luggages can be a problem, everything was verry clean, the shower was weak but warm

Location is great, we had cozy rooms for the group of 12 with private toilets, breakfast and a lot of content available at the reception. Rooms are quiet and I would say people that are comming there are those dicent ones. Reception is open 24/7 making our check in even more comfortable. All in all, great hostel - above expectations!

Kettles are in the reception, you could refill water if you need . Bathrooms and beds are so clean, I always have a nice shower. Great location.

It was an amazing Hostel. I enjoyed my time in Brussels. The staff were all amazing, especially the receptionists Manuela and Said who helped me with everything I wanted to know! Location was near the city centre and the bus station. Unfortunately there are some shady people living around the hostel but that isn't their fault and as long as you don't bother them you'll be fine. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great! Definitely worth the price as you can't get a better deal anywhere in Brussels!
