- Igor, the host, was really welcoming and gave some nice restaurant recommendations - Also the other guests were really nice and the overall vibe was chill - Great location near the old town - Comfortable beds with curtains, bedside lamps and power outlets - Everything was clean - Free coffee and tea (and some rakia as well)

One Love 2 honestly feels like a home away from home. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the space has such a relaxed, friendly vibe. The large common area makes it easy to connect with people, the bathrooms are super clean, and everything feels new and modern. Definitely one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed at, would come back in a heartbeat

I had a private room, it was pretty basic but amazing value for what you pay. The staff was absolutely amazing, so nice, responsive over message and so accommodating! It’s a great location, close to everything. I kept extending and they accommodated without any issue. Would absolutely recommend!

I absolutely LOVE how much these guys clean the place everyday. They are ON IT and they always got the place smelling right with air fresheners and open air. They also have A/C which is super rare in Bosnia/the Balkans. The owner and other workers are super nice and friendly. I felt super safe. The bed was comfy which is hard for me to find since I sleep on my stomach and many hostel beds tend to "sink" a lot, uncomfortably arching my back like a "u" shape. But here I sleep like a baby with no back pain in the morning. The kitchen is well-equipped and the location is great. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre but still in a quieter, less busier area with fresher air. They also have a laundry machine which is also hard to find in Balkan hostels. Honestly, for everything you get and the customer service quality, the price is right! I've been here for almost a month, no issues. This will definitely be my hostel if I ever come back to Sarajevo.
