Modern, clean, with a well equipped kitchen and just a 5-10 min walk to the supermarket and bus station. The first night I had it all by myself, the second night there was only one more guest. Not saying that it will be often this case, but it worked out very well for me after spending more than a month sharing hostel rooms! Arman, the owner, is very friendly and he even offered a lift from lake Sevan to the guesthouse as it was on his way. And, on top of that, he invited me to an Armenian BBQ with his friends at the veranda, so the whole experience was good!! Thanks again!
