This is the most friendly owners during all our 8 days trip in Albania! They care about you and their service the best! Felt like in family here! Julia is amazing she prepared breakfast for us to take away as we were jn need to leave early and it was so delicious! It was sone electricity problem which was totally not the host problem but they boiled some water for us to take a quick shower still - this is people who care about their guests!

Really lovely hostel with nice cafe. Very central, groceries, bus station, bars, restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space, also lockers for your luggage. The staff is warm and welcoming, it is really a pleasure to stay in this hostel.

I had a fantastic experience at Kultura Hostil during my visit to Shkoder. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet still in a quiet spot where you can rest peacefully at night. What truly made my stay special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone I met was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations. The room is fine, same as the bathroom. Cheap stay, so comparable quality. We were able to leave our suitcase in the hostel whilst going on the hikes, that was nice.

Price is very cheap so great value for money. Located in the central tourist streets, the safest and cleanest part of the city, even if you do not stay here I strongly recommend staying nearby. Hostel has decent kitchen facilities. All the staff (and the people staying while I was there) were really friendly.
