Great place to stay on Cham Island - 500 m easy walk from the Arrival Quai - friendly and trustworthy hosts - great coffee and breakfast- the little monkeys from the village also like the place :-)) - and no worries. We would go again to the same place for 2-3 nights on Cham island- clean rooms, well-working AC, central location, nice hosts - what else do you need (plus helpful if you want to rent scooters, snorkeling equipment or anything).

I had a truly wonderful experience at this homestay in Hoi An. The owner was incredibly kind, always smiling, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She created such a warm and homely atmosphere that I felt completely at ease asking for anything I needed – and that made all the difference. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was just right. I genuinely felt like I was staying with family, and it turned my time in Hoi An into something really special. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything – I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Hoi An again!

Kemi House was a great option for our party of 8. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive. Huy helped us book transportation and activities, and gave us some useful local tips. He even met us at the airport to deliver something I had left at the hotel! The pool was refreshing in the heat. The location is great - on a quiet block just a short walk from the night market. There is laundry service next door, and plenty of food, spa, and shopping options nearby.

The property is brand brand new, everything was so clean and comfortable. Just the look at the house made us feel good. One of the most fancy stay we had during our trip around SE Asia. The house is located in quite place, but still walking distance to the restaurants, coffees.. Huyen- the owner helped us with anything we needed - taxis, trip organizing. The food from the family business was also delicious, you can have it delivered to the house.
