This was an exceptional stay for us! We arrived by night bus form Danang at 8 am and were super tired, and the host let us in our room so early! This was the best what could have happened. The owner does not speak English, but this is nothing to be worried about since he uses Google Translation and this eases the communication. He also gave us a motorbike for a very reasonable price. Room is big, a lot of space if you have a more luggage like we do. Room has everything needed for couple of days - fridge, hairdryer, cattle etc. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he always offered us coffee, water, tea, helped us with heavy luggage.

The Blue House is located in a quiet side street near the city centre. To reach the lake Xuan Huong is around 10 minutes to walk. The room was surprisingly well equipped when one thinks of the price, very good value. The couple is very friendly, takes very good care of the guests. When leaving they invited me for breakfast (free of charge), because I had a long travel. It is a pleasant stay at The Blue House.

Nice spacious basic rooms with nice balcony. Situated in a nice area 30 minutes walk from the centre. The owners are so so friendly and would like to help with everything we asked.They arranged a driver for us to go with us all day. And they have motorbikes for rent as well. We felt really at home. And even got a little present and nice avocadomousse. And we loved the karaoke :)

Where to start, June and Rocky, and their family who operate more in the background, are simply wonderful human beings and everything they do comes from the heart. Going the extra mile to make your stay extraordinary is something they naturally do all the time,, regardless of whether you are asking them for advise or by simply striking up a conversation. The room and property were great, the breakfast phenomenal, the sunset tour Rocky organised was gorgeous and I could go on and on. Even little things like being able to make your own vietnamese coffee in the little outdoors kitchen or try some Artichoke tea, a local specialty. Thank you so so much for and I'd stay here again without a doubt if I'd ever visit Da Lat again in the future. All the best <3

Perfect location. Beautiful area. Very close to Xuan Huong Lake. The host is absolutely wonderful — very friendly, responsive and always ready to help and solve any issue. The room is comfortable and very clean.
