Host was extremely helpful with my questions. Kept me well informed after booking, and prior to arrival through WhatsApp. During my stay Minh Hieu was attentive and had recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Nice! Also, when I said I don’t like the waste of plastic and prefer big bottles of water in stead of the smaller ones. The host made sure Ingot the bigger bottles from then on. So nice of him. My room had a lot of space, was clean and exactly as in photos, with a nice kitchenette and a couch where I could sit, relax and enjoy the view from the small balcony. It smelled nice too! Nice touch: the shower has infrared heating. I imagine that can be very nice when you’re staying in Hanoi in winter. Only tip I have is: a label on the button for hot water. You have to push it and wait for 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up. I didn’t know at first so the first days I had a cold shower. Fortunately that’s no punishment for end of May in Hanoi …

Very cozy and beautiful house hidden in the alleys. I love the decoration, it feels very special and unique. Very very clean, good quality furniture and bed. I am very happy we could use the common kitchen facilities and that filtered water was provided. Rik was very helpful and friendly. Very silent and away from traffic noise, although around 8/9am I heard some roosters. But compared to other accommodations in Hanoi, this is an oasis of calmness.

What can we say for this person ❤️ He is a gem for everyone that meets him and a great representative of Vietnam. His suggestions were exactly what we needed. He helped us with everything! With transportation,trips,tips for finding the right shops. Everything in the apartment was super clean and we felt like home. Even though the apartments are right in the heart of old quarter you can relax and charge your batteries for the crazy day that lies in front of you! Stella is an amazing host. She takes care of her guests, provides all required information, helps plan activities and is always positive and smiling. She serves a very good breakfast every morning and she even invited all her guests to a supper. The room is extremely comfortable and is even better than described. Feels like home. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

Host is so so kind. She cooked us different delicious breakfast every morning, even took into account our recovery from an unfortunate food poisoning incident from street food 😆. The room was clean, helpful cheap laundry service, free bottles water was amazing and the location was great near old town. It was located inside a spa/massage shop on a popular street but it was very quiet.
