Very very clean, good quality furniture and bed. I am very happy we could use the common kitchen facilities and that filtered water was provided. Rik was very helpful and friendly. Very silent and away from traffic noise, although around 8/9am I heard some roosters. But compared to other accommodations in Hanoi, this is an oasis of calmness.

And owner with stuff can perfectly speak English, so it's all much easier!

The hosts were very welcoming and kind, felt like staying with a friend. They offered us tea and snacks in the morning in their lovely courtyard. Room was basically one giant bed!! Amazing! Super comfortable, we had some of the best sleep on our trip while staying here. Equidistant from old quarter and the airport so perfect location if you are beginning or ending your trip.
