We stayed at family lux, 2 bedroom, it's a fantastic spacious apartment in a modern building. 7th floor, great view. Elevator. Super clean and just a few mins walk from the lake. And you can pay by card. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything that is worth visiting. Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

The room is very cute and cozy, very nicely decorated and clean. There is hair dryer, even iron if you need it. Many sockets for your appliances, hot water, heater in the bathroom, tv if you need it. There is full privacy and a balcony to yourself. The host is great and very helpful. He even came to pick me up from bus stop. I fully recommend the stay in this room.

Location is great, close to everything but far from all the noise of the streets and the constant honking ! Huong does everything to make your stay perfect, the shared bathroom was cleaned every day, the room had everything I needed and I loved the little kitchen where I could make my coffee !

I liked that it was close to the airport and we need a place for our layover in hoian so it was perfect the help that we get from the owner it was 10 out of 10 he even call us a good taxi not scammed ones because the real grab was a bit far the owner is a good and very nice man it was a pleasure meeting him and his beautiful family
