At first, it is quite hard to find but because of that, it makes the location perfect. Only a few mins to walk out to the main street of the old quarter yet its a bit down by the alley so you CAN'T hear the honk-honk from the hustle bustle city. Easily go here and there anytime. The owner doesn't speak English yet the communication was nice and smooth with the translator, they were also VERY helpful and ATTENTIVE with the information we needed. They gave the guests lots of sweets and candies, teas and coffees in the room and kitchen (even INSTANT NOODLE!), FREE water refill ( so we dont waste more plastic bottles), and the room was spacious!!! I can practice yoga on the carpet! SOmehow our glass bottle broke and the water spilled on the floor. I cleaned it with white towel and surprised i didnt see dirt on the towel. So it is just proof that they maintain the cleanliness of the property very well. I love everything they offer. WORTH every penny. Wi-fi is also good for business video calls. Super worth the value. Spending 3 nights there and expected to stay longer yet the place was already full. Too bad 😔 Thanks a lot RIK (and his partner) I def recommend you to my friends and family.

Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.
