While doing the Ha Giang Loop, I stayed at this homestay for one night, and honestly, it felt like the most “home-like” place on my entire journey. This is an old traditional house located near the town, not overly luxurious, but incredibly warm and clean. Staying here truly felt like living in a local family’s home. That evening, I had a delicious hotpot made with fresh local ingredients. The flavors were so unique and special. Sitting by a small fireplace while enjoying dinner, I found myself at a loss for words to describe the warmth and comfort of that moment. I also had a long and meaningful conversation with the host, who is a local teacher teaching English to children in the area—a truly inspiring social project. If you’re on the Ha Giang Loop and looking for the most authentic local experience, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

You must eat dinner with them because it was the most delicious meal ever. We are vegan, and there were so many options for us. The bathrooms are very nice with hot water, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in a month. I wish I would have stayed more days here because it’s so beautiful with lots of mountain trails. There were 7 Vietnamese visitors at the home when we were there, and we all had fun singing karaoke. We had a large private bedroom with mosquito tents. The best.

Nhà Cổ Lao Xa Homestay Hmong & Bungalow hot air-conditioning坐落于同文，配备免费WiFi以及带露台的花园，享有市景。内部提供私人停车位。 We had some great time in Lao Xa village, the family is amazing, the village ambiance make you feel you enter a new world away fro everything. We slept there on Saturday and been in a traditional Hmong market on the Sunday with the owner and it’s family for breakfast. A true experience thanks again
