Excellent all around. Staff is super friendly, Rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable and high standard for the price. Shower was amazing too!! Food was incredible, and easy to book anything there. 10/10 would recommend!

We felt like at home, had the most delicious vegan hotpot and pancakes every morning. The house itself is very pretty and in a hidden neighborhood.

There is hot shower so it’s perfect after a long day of adventuring. There is also a dryer and a rooftop with a good view of the Karst we here you can dry your clothes. The owner and his family is very kind and always smiling. Thank you so much for welcoming me at your home! The property is around 1km from the old town but it perfectly works for me since I like walking after eating at the market 😁

Location is great, An and the staff are exceptional in providing friendly service. The offered tours are amazing, l did (2) and they exceeded my expectations. Do not book tours other than through An's house. I have to mentioned that An and staff did an incredible job preparing the property as l arrived only (10) days after the devasting floods. It will take months to get the Ha Giang city back to normal but An's house is uo and running and its fantastic.

Very comfortable bed, very cozy and stylish rooms and bathroom Owners can speak English and a very nice people, also they gave recommendations for what to do in the area without even asking for it.

You must eat dinner with them because it was the most delicious meal ever. We are vegan, and there were so many options for us. The bathrooms are very nice with hot water, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in a month. I wish I would have stayed more days here because it’s so beautiful with lots of mountain trails. There were 7 Vietnamese visitors at the home when we were there, and we all had fun singing karaoke. We had a large private bedroom with mosquito tents. The best.

Very comfortable bed and good aircon. Also clean. Funny and friendly dogs. They have a normal cappuccino and that was the only one we found on the whole loop! So we really enjoyed having a coffee without all the sugar!
