It had both AC and a heater. Magnificent view, yet with enough privacy. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The host is super kind and lend me a phone charger because I lost mine. Good family dinner. Definitely recommend.

And the owner so friendly and extremely helpful. Helped me with my travel itinerary. Best nights sleep i had in vietnam. Usally beds are so hard. But perfect here. Our dinner there was fantastic.

Shared bathrooms weren't bad either. The spread they laid out for dinner was equally amazing. Solid crew doing a solid job. Would recommend.
