There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms have a terrace with lake views and free WiFi. Human, the owner, is the absolutely best host ever! He is incredibly attentive to his guests and is always there to answer your questions, guide you or simply share his knowledge about Vietnam. The location for this gem is great…you’re in a small village close to the city but it feels quite rural. We stayed 4 nights and felt very spoiled the entire time. The meals, delicious and varied, are cooked by his mother and included in the price. The bungalows are basic but comfortable and clean and the mosquito nets are very welcome. There is a nice space outside each bungalow to relax. There is no air conditioning but we found the fans he provided sufficient. His free bikes are in good condition…the best we had in Vietnam. We don’t usually do a lot of guided trips, preferring to explore on our own, but we were SO glad we did one with Human to the floating markets, noodle factory and land market. It was awesome and personal . We were alone with him and the boatman, a family member, and Human is wealth of information and speaks English very well. We were so glad not to be on one of the bigger impersonal commercial boats! I can’t say enough good things about Human and this homestay. It was my favourite 4 days in Vietnam!

They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

We enjoyed the floating market and cocoa plant visits. You can try any food you can think of. Well cooked. And of course karaoke at dinner. We and the Canadian family both did and and Tuan is a great singer too! You can also pay by credit card at the end!Well done!

Our most favourite stay during our 3+ weeks travelling Vietnam! Staff was amazing, food delicious and plentiful, and property so beautiful!! Swimming pool was frequently enjoyed by our kids, free bikes to ride around the country were great, and the tour of the floating markets was incredible (thanks Johnny and Haha!! The most awesome tour guide and captain). Dogs (coffee and pepper) were a bit hit with our kids as well. Absolutely perfect. Thank-you! We hope to be back in the future :)

Ms Ha was so welcoming and took us on a wonderful tour of the floating market and the Mekong Delta, which was full of insights into what life is like in the region. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.
