It turns out that the third bedroom was in the attic with only a little opening for a window. The A/C was very noisy and only worked intermittently. On top of it all, the bathroom was located on the ROOF and it can only be reached by walking across the roof and out in the rain! Finally the property is located on a Main Street where large trucks pass through at all hours of day and night.
